Villa Grande, located in the center of Fethiye, is the perfect choice for large families and groups of friends. Ground Floor

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, toaster, teapot, 12  person dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

1.living room: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television and satellite receiver. From the living room there is a terrace opening to the garden and pool    ;

Study and Meeting Room: There is a library and a meeting - study table with a seating capacity of 6 people.

There is 1 shared WC and 1 laundry room in the corridor.

1st floor

1.Bedroom:  It is a family room. It has 1 double bed, dressing room,  bedside table, air conditioning, TV, sitting group and en-suite bathroom. 

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, dressing room, bedside table, air conditioning, TV and en-suite bathroom.

3.Bedroom: Family room. 1 double bed, dressing room,  bedside table, air conditioning, TV, balcony, sitting group and en-suite bathroom.

In the hallway there is a laundry room, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

2nd floor

4th Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe,  bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

5th Bedroom: 1 double bed,  bedside table, air conditioning, TV, balcony, sitting group and en-suite bathroom.

Roof Floor

6th Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe,  bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool: It is 55m2 in total and 1.50 m. deep. Pool maintenance is done every two days  early in the morning by the staff in charge. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: Palm trees, olive trees, barbecue, garden furniture and basketball hoop.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 6000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is returned to the guest's bank account after 1 day in case of no damage in the control made.

Note: A cleaning fee of 5000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
