Villa Sarmaşık is located just one kilometer from Calis Beach and is ideal for those who want to walk to the beach. Along your walking path, you can have the chance to explore the natural beauties of the region and dive into the turquoise sea of Fethiye. You can also easily reach various restaurants and cafes around the villa. You will not have to go far to taste delicious examples of Mediterranean cuisine.

Villa Sarmaşık offers a large and spacious living space with four bedrooms. Each room is furnished in a modern and comfortable way, so that you can enjoy the comfort of your home during your vacation. The villa's own private pool is perfect for cooling off and having fun on hot summer days. You can spend pleasant hours during your holiday in this area specially designed for sunbathing and swimming.

There is Villa Hanımeli within the same land as Villa Sarmaşık. More than one rental can be made at the same time for large families if their calendars allow.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed separately from the living room. LCD screen TV, dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, 4-stove, built-in oven and dinnerware, such as all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your vacation. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, dining table, air conditioning and satellite receiver. 

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony  .

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, dressing room, LCD screen television, bathroom and  air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

3rd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

There is a WC-Bathroom in the corridor.

General Information

Pool:  7 m long, 3 m wide and 1.65 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden:  There are sun loungers, umbrellas, seating group and barbecue.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Cleaning Fee: 5000 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 7 nights.
