Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver and air conditioner.

General Information
Pool: It is 6 x4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.
Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group and barbecue.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 4000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Great place to stay for a large family. There were 6 of us (all adults) and we had enough space for all. The villa is new, very clean, well equipped and super close to a public beach (5-7 min walk). Additionally, it’s 10-15 min from many restaurants, shops and cafes. The owner was very responsive and helped with all our requests. Based on my research, it’s one the best offers for that price and location. We would totally recommend it.
