Villa South is a rental villa located in Dalyan, the location where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet. Dalyan is a decent town in the Ortaca district of Muğla, where the concepts of sea, nature, history and vacation intertwine.
Villa South can accommodate up to 8 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms. It is ideal for large families and crowded groups with its comfortable rooms. Designed for rental in winter, the villa has a heated indoor pool and sauna on the ground floor. You can reach the beach from our villa, which is 800 meters from the center of Dalyan, by car or by boats departing from the river. If you wish, you can visit the bazaar, which is a 5-minute walk away, and you can taste Dalyan's delicious seafood in the restaurants along the river.
You can also witness the impressive view of Dalyan's magnificent nature and rock tombs. The region is one of the rare areas where caretta carettas breed. You can encounter endangered loggerheads on the Dalyan River and on the beach. It is possible to observe blue crabs, nil turtles and many different types of birds.
There are Villa East, Villa North and Villa West on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Ground Floor
Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, toaster, tea maker, dinner set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD TV and satellite receiver. In the hallway there is a shared bathroom and washing machine.
1st floor
1st Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioning.
2nd Bedroom: It is a family room. 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning and bathroom.
3rd Bedroom: Family room. 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, balcony, air conditioning and bathroom.
Penthouse
4th bedroom: It is a family room. There is 1 king size double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioning.
General Information
All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.
Outdoor Pool: It is 35m2 L-shaped in total. The deep part 1,5 meters, the shallow part is 40cm deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.
Indoor Pool: It is 6m2 in size and 1.40 m deep. Indoor pool heating is free of charge between October 1 and May 1, and in other months, if requested, it is opened for 500 TL per day.
Garden: Palm trees, barbecue, kitchenette, garden furniture.
Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.
Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Must See Places in Dalyan
The ancient city of Kaunos, one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia, rock-carved king tombs, Iztuzu Beach, Sultaniye Hot Springs and Köyceğiz Lake are places to visit and see. Kargıcak Bay, Aşı Bay, Ekincik Bay are also good options to enjoy the sea. Round Tea, where you can swing on the swings built on the tea created by the cool waters coming from the mountains and return to your childhood, is another beauty.

Great place. Clean and it’s close to everything. Shops,restaurants and activities. The villa was clean and everything was what we expected. The host and manager was amazing. Great communication. Would recommend the place.

This place is 5* from start to finish. Everything about it is amazing. The villa is stunning and has absolutely everything you could need. It is a really quiet area but only a 10-15 minute walk in to the Centre of Dalyan. It costs about £2 in a taxi. I would definitely recommend staying here!
