Villa Relax offers a unique environment for our guests who want to have a holiday in a quiet and calm location surrounded by the chirping of birds. The garden and pool of our stone villa, whose construction was completed in May 2021, are sheltered so that they cannot be seen from the outside. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 5 people.
There is Villa Masal in the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.
Villa Relax Features
Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware, dining table.
Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, LCD screen TV and en-suite bathroom.
2. Bedroom: There are 3 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.
There is 1 shared bathroom in the hallway.
General Information
Pool: 4 m. x 8m. in size and 1.45 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty.
Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue, garden furniture.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
Places to Visit in Kayaköy
While staying in Kayaköy, you can visit the Ghost Town, Gemiler Bay and Af Kule Monastery.
Kayaköy Ghost Town is a must-see for adventure-loving holidaymakers.
You can do many water sports accompanied by the natural beauty and clear water of Gemiler Bay.
Af Kule Monastery is 3-4 km from Kayaköy by walking. You can take a nature walk and see the old dungeons. You can join a safari tour and visit Kayaköy with ATV vehicles.

Eine schöne Villa in Kayaköy. Ruhige Lage, schöner Pool, alles ganz neu und gute Restaurants zum Frühstücken bzw. Abendessen in der Nähe. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert und Şevki war sehr hilfsbereit. man würde am liebsten noch länger dort bleiben.

Ailecek doğa içerisinde muhteşem bir Tatil geçirdik resimlerden daha güzel bir Villaya rastladık. İzole bir ortamda sakin Tatil yapmak isteyenler için harika.Villanın içi gibi bahçesi de keyifli ve kullanışlı hamaktan bahçe mutfak barbekü her köşesi özenle dizayn edilmiş. Bu Pandemi döneminde hijyene dahada önem verilip güzel bir ayrıntı olan dezenfektan dahi mevcut idi. Bahçe ve Havuz bakımı özenle hergün yapılıyordu. Lokasyon: Kayaköy zaten manzarası ve havası ilen tarifsiz bir yer Fethiyenin büyüleyici hayalet köyü. Yürüme mesafesinde Market, Restoranlar aktivite: Safari, Deve ,At ve Fayton turu tarihi Kayaköyde mevcut. Yine konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir Villa çok memnun kaldık Tatil Premium Ailesine sonsuz teşekkürler
