Villa Masal is located in Kayaköy, a holiday resort with a history of five thousand years, in the Fethiye district of MuÄŸla. Kayaköy was built by the Greeks living in the region on the ruins of Karmylassos belonging to the Ancient Lycian Civilization. The city was declared a "village of peace and friendship" in 1988, it was decided to keep it alive as it is, and it was declared a third-degree urban and archaeological site.
Villa Masal offers a unique holiday opportunity for our guests who want to have a holiday away from the noise of the city. The garden and pool of our stone villa, whose construction was completed in May 2020, are sheltered so that they cannot be seen from the outside. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Kayaköy, which fascinates its guests with its natural and historical environment, is only 10 minutes away from Fethiye city center and the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach. Our villa is suitable for nuclear families and honeymooners. It offers a perfect holiday opportunity to our guests with its large and private swimming pool. Due to the region where our villa is located, a cooler holiday environment awaits you even in the sweltering heat of summer evenings.
Villa Relax is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware, dining table.
Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.
1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.
There is 1 shared bathroom in the hallway.
General Information
Pool: 30 m2 in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool.
Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue, garden furniture.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

While staying in Kayaköy, you can visit the Ghost Town, Gemiler Bay and Af Kule Monastery.
Kayaköy Ghost Town is a must-see for adventure-loving holidaymakers.
You can do many water sports accompanied by the natural beauty and clear water of Gemiler Bay.
Af Kule Monastery is 3-4 km from Kayaköy by walking. You can take a nature walk and see the old dungeons. You can join a safari tour and visit Kayaköy with ATV vehicles.

2021 de Villa Masala geldigimizde cagdas bey karsilamisti, oysaki 2023 temmuz ayinda geldigimizde temizlikci hanimlardan anahtarlari aldik, Villa bakimsiz di karinca doluydu. Sahibi bizi ariyarak sizde köpek var diye havuz bakimina bahceden girememis oysaki bizde köpek yoktu. Giris kapisi kirik di civiler bakiyordu cocuklar icin büyük tehlike. Karinca doluydu anca 4 gün karinca problemi giderildi. Wlan Hic olmuyordu göya bakilacakti. Cikis günümüzde ortagi geldi sahibinin kendisi degil ve bize 1000 tl depositonuz var suan veremiyorum üzerimde Yok diyerek banka hesabimizi aldi Gönderilecek diye 4 hafta oldu halen birsey yok. Demem o ki Villa El degistirdiginden beri yani kimseye tavsiye ETMEM..!!!

Agustosun ilk haftasinda Villa Masalda gecirmis oldugumuz bir haftalik tailimiz ailece en güzel taillerimizden birisiydi. Villaya gelmeden önce tereddütlerimiz vardi. Özellikle kunumu cok iyiydi. Hisarönüne yakinligi ve havasi hic bunaltmadi aksine tertemiz bir bir havasi vardi. Villanin altyapidan kaynaklanan elektrik kesintileri ve Internetinin zaman zaman kesilmesi tatilimizi ve keyfimizi ciddi manada etkilemedi. Tatilin ve villanin en büyük artisi Havuzu idi. Bahcesindeki cesitli meyve agaclari ve yine havuzunun etrafinin kapali olmasi ve disardan görünmemesi ile ailece keyifli zamanlar gecirdik. Özellikle Tatilpremiumdan Cagdas beye ilgi ve alakalarindan dolayi tesekkür ederiz. Her telefonumuza geri döndüler ve problemleri cözmek icin caba sarfettiler. Bir sonraki tailimizde yine Tatilpremium ile tekrar görüsme dilegi ile...
