Villa Prag

Villa Prag for rent, located in Üzümlü, Kalkan, the famous tourism center of Antalya, has an indoor and outdoor pool, garden, jacuzzi and 2 bedrooms. It has a capacity to accommodate 4 people and is ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners. It offers a comfortable accommodation experience to its guests with its comfortable rooms.

Villa Loen is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, 4-cooker, oven, kettle, dinnerware for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV, air conditioning, satellite receiver and exit to the balcony.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, make-up table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, make-up table, wardrobe, bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available for 4 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: It is 9 x 3.5 m in size and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: It is 4 x 3 m in size and 1.4 meters deep.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group, open air shower and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 700 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: Pool heating fee is 400 TL per day. Guests who request heating must notify 2 days in advance.
