Villa Loen for rent in the famous tourist center of Antalya, Kalkan Üzümlü, has an indoor and outdoor pool, garden, jacuzzi and 3 bedrooms  It has a capacity to accommodate 6 people and is ideal for nuclear families and honeymoon couples.  It also has a lounge with an open kitchen. It offers a comfortable accommodation experience to its guests with its comfortable rooms.

In the same land with our villa Villa Prag there is. Multiple rentals are available for large families if schedules permit.

Villa Loen Features

Kitchen: There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave oven, 4-stove, stove, oven, kettle, dinner set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, air conditioning, satellite receiver and exit to the balcony. 

1st Bedroom:  1 double bed, jacuzzi, vanity table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and WC.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, vanity table, wardrobe.

3rd Bedroom:  1 double bed, vanity table, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning, balcony, bathroom and WC.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool:  11 x 4 m  size    and 1.5 meters deep. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Indoor Pool: 5 x 3 m in size and 1.1 meters deep.

Garden: Sun umbrellas, sun loungers, lounge chairs, seating, outdoor shower and barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The pool heating fee is 1000 TL per night. Guests requesting heating must notify 2 days in advance.
