Villa Çisem

Villa Çisem is located in the Güzelyurt neighborhood of Ortaca district of Muğla. Our villa, whose construction was completed in July 2021, has a spacious and comfortable design. It has a total accommodation capacity of up to 7 people with its own pool, garden and 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Our villa, located on the road to Sarigerme Beach, is only 5 km from the beach. It is located 23 km from Sarsala Beach, which is one of the frequent destinations of many domestic and foreign tourists in the region, and 10 km from Aş Cove.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, a dining table, a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, a filter coffee machine, a microwave oven, a tea maker, a dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, a smart TV with satellite receiver, Netflix, a dining table, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, dressing room and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

3. Bedroom: 1 single bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

4. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

Towels and pique sets for 7 people are available in all bedrooms.
 

General Information

Pool: 30m2 in size, 1.50 meters in depth, the pool is disinfected with salt and is healthier as no chemical cleaners and chlorine are used. There is also a children’s pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, sun loungers, parasols, resting place, sitting group and barbecue.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 4000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Sarıgerme, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet, has a unique beauty with its deep blue shallow sea and its beach with its fine sand that has preserved its naturalness. Baba Island, Pisilis Ancient City, Sarçed Beach, Vaccine Bay, Sarsala Bay are among the main places to visit.
