Villa Polo is our rental villa located in Guzelyurt district, 8 km from Sarigerme Beach. Our summer villa, which has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people, has its own large swimming pool. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.
You can visit Sarigerme bazaar, which is 7 km away, whenever you wish, and you can meet all your shopping and food needs.

Ground floor
There is a separate kitchen, living room, dining table, dinner set for 10 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver, WC, air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table and air conditioner.
4. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, balcony and air conditioner.
There is 1 shared bathroom and a washing machine in the hallway.
Penthouse
5th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, satellite TV, treadmill, nightstand, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.
Towels and pique sets are available for 10 people in all bedrooms.
General Information
Pool: 54m2 and 1.55 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.
Garden: There are various trees, 10 sun loungers and umbrellas, a barbecue and 2 swings.
Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
Note: The cleaning fee of 2500 TL and a damage deposit of 3000 TL are collected from our guests who come with pets. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out. Pets are allowed to bring their own beds, not to be taken to the bed and sitting group in the villa, and not to enter the pool.

Sarigerme, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet, has a unique beauty where you will enjoy swimming in the sea with its deep blue shallow sea and its beach with fine sand that has preserved its naturalness.
Baba Island, Pisilis Ancient City, Sarçed Beach, Vaş Bay, Sarsala Bay are among the main places to visit.

7 gece olarak planladığımız tatilimizde herşey düşünülmüş bu eksiksiz villadaki konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Havuz yeterli genişlikte. Villanın lokasyonu çok ideal, 10 dakika içinde plajlara ya da Dalaman, Ortaca gibi merkezlere ya da havaalanına ulaşmak çok avantajlı. Villa sahibinin ilgi alakası da çok memnun ediciydi. Tek önerim çevre koşulları kaynaklı küçük sineklere ilaçlama ile çözüm bulunmasında fayda var. Onun dışında kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Öncelikle çok memnun kaldığımızı belirtmek istiyorum. Firma yetkililerinin her sorumuza anında cevap vermesi, evin fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi olması, ev sahibi Berkcan Bey’in ilgi alakası ve evin temizliği çok iyiydi. Nacizane tavsiyem çok büyük çim alan var. Buralara yapılabilecek spor aletleri, voleybol ya da basketbol potası belki büyük bir köşk çok iyi olurdu. Bahçe ben buraya bir şeyler istiyorum diyor zaten. Bunlar villaya artı değer katar diye düşünüyorum. Normalde yorum yazmak adetim deüğildir ama ilk villa tatilimizde ailece şunu anladık, daha önceki otel tatillerimizde biz dinlenmiyormuşuz. Sabah kuş sesleriyle uyanmak çocukluğumu hatırlattı. Çok memnun ve mutlu ayrıldık. Emeği geçen herkese teşekkür ediyorum. Seneye görüşmek üzere
