Villa Polka

Villa Polka is located in Muğla's holiday resort Fethiye, famous for its magnificent Ölüdeniz Beach, lush nature and historical cities. Our villa, whose construction was completed in May 2022, provides an advantage for guests who come without a vehicle with its central location. Our villa, which is within walking distance of markets, restaurants, cafes and shopping centers, is only 3 km from Calis Beach.

Villa Polka has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. It is ideal for nuclear families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, filter coffee machine.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 double beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 25 m2 in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is garden furniture, outdoor shower, dining table and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 24mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
