Villa Zeren Duo, located in Sarıbelen, which dominates the unique beauties of Kalkan, has its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 people. Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden terrace cannot be seen from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen lounge, dining table, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living room: The living room has a comfortable seating group, satellite receiver LCD screen television, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning. 

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds. 

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms for the number of people.

Pool:  It is 3 m x 6 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace. 

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas and   barbecue. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
