Kitchen: Open kitchen lounge, kettle, airfryer, toaster, turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, dining table, dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a LCD screen Smart TV with satellite receiver, a coffee table, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, make-up table, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 4 m and 1.55 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue, swing, dining table, sitting group, children's playground, table tennis and table football.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: On arrival at the villa, the last section is 300 m. steep slope. There are 20-25 stairs at the entrance to the villa.

Note: From October 1 to May 1, pool heating is included in the price.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
