Villa Sunset

Villa Sunset for rent, located in Fethiye Çamköy, is one of our new villas with magnificent sunset views, the construction of which was completed in June 2023.

There are 2 bedrooms in total in our villa. Each bedroom offers a spacious and comfortable accommodation experience. The jacuzzi in one of the rooms gives our guests moments of relaxation and peace. Our modern and stylishly furnished rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and clean linens.

Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden terrace are not visible from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Sunset is located close to the touristic attractions of Fethiye. It is an ideal starting point for guests who want to explore unique beaches, historical sites and natural beauties. It also offers many options for those interested in activities and water sports in the surrounding area.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dining set for 6 people, air conditioning and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, smart led TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 4 m. in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a large lawn garden, various fruit trees, a dining table, a swing and a barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
