Villa Sidre

Villa Sidre for rent in Kalkan Akbel is one of our new villas, which was put into operation in 2022, located against the magnificent sea view. Our villa, which has been designed very stylishly by keeping comfort in the foreground, has an indoor heated pool and sauna for the winter months. It has a capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. Ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners.

Villa Features

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, living room, dining table, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV with satellite receiver and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi, air conditioning and balcony.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom, jacuzzi and air conditioning. (Beds can be combined upon request)

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Outdoor Pool: It is 10 m x 3.5 m in size and 1.55 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Indoor Pool: 4.30 x 2.40 m in size and 1.30 m in depth. There is also a sauna in the indoor pool section.

Note: The indoor pool heating system is optional and can be activated for 1000 TL per day. Our guests should inform that they want to heat the pool 2 days before their arrival. The temperature of the pool reaches 25-30 degrees.

Garden: There is a dining table, barbecue, garden furniture and a swing.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
