Villa Rüzgar Duo

For those who want to spend their holiday in Fethiye, which is famous for its beauties, the newly completed rental Villa Rüzgar Duo has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms. Designed in such a way that the pool and garden terrace are not visible from the outside, our villa is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Rüzgar is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, smart led TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 7 m x 3.5 m. in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a large lawn garden, children's playground, dining table and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 700 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
