Villa Gonca, Muğla’nın Ortaca ilçesine bağlı Kaunos Antik Kenti, Çamur Banyosu, Kaya Mezarları, yemyeşil doğası ve labirenti andıran sazlıklardan oluşan kanalıyla ünlü Dalyan’da bulunmaktadır. Kendine ait havuzu, bahçesi ve 3 yatak odası ile toplam 6 kişiye kadar konaklama kapasitesine sahip olan villa ayrıca meyve ağaçlarından oluşan yemyeşil bir bahçe içerisinde bulunmaktadır. Dalyan çarşıya 1 km yürüme mesafesinde olan villamız, kalabalık aileler ve arkadaş grupları için idealdir.
Mutfak: Açık mutfak olarak tasarlanmıştır. Yemek masası, buzdolabı, bulaşık makinesi, 4’lü ocak, ankastre fırın, tost makinesi, çaycı, kahvesi makinesi ve tatiliniz süresince ihtiyacınız olabilecek her türlü mutfak malzemesi bulunmaktadır.
Salon: Konforlu oturma grubu, LCD ekran TV, uydu alıcı ve yemek masası bulunmaktadır. Koridorda ortak WC-banyo bulunmaktadır.

Havuz: 7 metre x 4 metre büyüklüğünde, 1,50 metre derinliğindedir. Havuz bakımı her sabah erken saatte görevli personel tarafından yapılmaktadır. Havuz terasında şezlong ve şemsiyeler bulunmaktadır.
Bahçe: Narenciye ağaçları, çim alan, duş, bahçe mobilyaları, şezlonglar, güneşlenme şemsiyeleri bulunmaktadır.
İnternet: Villamızda sınırsız wi-fi mevcuttur ancak bölgenin altyapısı nedeniyle internet hızı maksimum 16mbps’dir.
Hasar Depozitosu: Girişte 1000TL hasar depozitosu alınır. Çıkışta yapılan kontrolde hasarsızlık durumunda iade edilir.

Dalyan’da Görülmesi Gereken Yerler
Anadolu’nun en eski yerleşim yerlerinden biri olan Kaunos Antik Kenti, kayalara oyulmuş kral mezarları, İztuzu Plajı, Sultaniye Kaplıcaları ve Köyceğiz Gölü gezilip görülmesi gereken yerlerdendir. Kargıcak Koyu, Aşı Koyu, Ekincik Koyu da deniz keyfi yapılacak iyi seçeneklerdir. Dağlardan gelen serin suların yarattığı çay üzerine kurulmuş salıncaklarda sallanıp çocukluğunuza döneceğiniz Yuvarlak Çay ise ayrı bir güzelliktedir.

We had a wonderful, peaceful time at Gonca Villa. Everything was as the de-sss-ion - plus some friendly cats who came to visit! Location is very near to all the restaurants and shops. Would recommend to take some pool towels ( plenty of bathroom towels provided though.

Just wow! This villa is in a great, quiet location, but still close enough to walk into town. The villa its self is as beautiful as the pictures suggest, and we all just said "wow" when we entered. The pool & garden is amazing, with lots of great spaces & furniture for relaxing, eating, playing games etc. Inside, it’s very modern; every room had AC, the kitchen was well-equipped and even came with some cleaning supplies such as washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets etc. Another big highlight for this place was the water cooler, which had a full bottle upon arrival. Communication was always great with Serkan, and also the contact for the villa lives next door, and he is a very nice man who was always quick to help us, reply to our questions and even handled ordering us new bottles of water for the cooler multiple times. We also saw him out early, cleaning the pool and surrounding area most mornings. I highly recommend staying here, it’s a really great place, managed by great people. Thank you for a great stay!

My wife and I stayed in this property for a month in April/May 2022. This is a wonderful property located on a quiet street very. It has modern fittings, yet is stylish and has a great location. It’s a five minute walk to the new market and ten minutes to town via a quiet side street. We hired bikes for the month which made getting around very easy, but taxis are widely available and very cheap. Although we were there for a month, we were joined by our son and daughter with partners for ten days in the middle and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outside of the property was perfect for us, with a lovely well maintained pool and a large shaded seating and eating area with tables and chairs. Pool loungers were comfortable and there was the added bonus of two large umbrellas for shade. There was an orchard/garden at the side of the property, which was lovely and added further privacy. The whole outside of the property is very private and not overlooked. inside the property was great for us, with a large kitchen lounge and dining area with all the amenities Inc washing machine dishwasher large fridge cooker and hob etc required for a longer stay. Seating was very comfortable and there was a good sized television with a large number of English and international channels including Sport etc. WiFi was good and reliable. The bedrooms were a good size and all the beds had additional under storage for cases etc. There was plenty of hot water and three bathrooms made things a lot easier when we had guests. We loved our stay here and the owner who lives next door is a lovely man, very welcoming and kind to us throughout. He was easily contactable on WhatsApp and always on hand if required for advice etc. We have had many longer stays in Dalyan over the years in a variety of villas. This has been the best yet and I would highly recommend this rental for a stay. It is a new property and we were some of first guests? I have no doubt that it will be a very popular rental property in the years to come.
