Located in the unique atmosphere of Kalkan eYeşilköy, offering magnificent views and specially designed rental villa Rolief offers a sanctuary that will make your vacation unforgettable. With a total of 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a jacuzzi, this unique place, which can accommodate 5 people, welcomes you with its own private pool and a number of special features.

Villa Rolief is equipped with its own large private pool and garden terrace. The pool and garden terrace have a carefully sheltered design that cannot be seen from the outside. This feature offers ideal privacy for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer a conservative holiday. This terrace, which offers the opportunity to sunbathe all day long and relax under the stars in the evening, is waiting for guests who want to enjoy nature.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, TV, air conditioning, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace. 

2nd Bedroom: 1 single bed, 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, TV, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace. 

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, swing and seating group. 

Pool: It is 4.5 m x 12 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken from the account upon arrival. It is returned to the account in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The last 250-300 meters of the road to the villa is intermittent stabilized road and ramp.

Note: Male friends and young friends are not requested to stay in the villa. There is no obligation to be a family.
