Villa Regnum for rent, located in Kalkan Sarıbelen, has stone architecture and nature views. Our villa has 2 bedrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 5 people. Villa Regnum, which combines modern and wooden harmony, has a cinema room, sports equipment, table football, table tennis, sauna and jacuzzi. With its quiet and calm location in nature, it is ideal for families and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.
Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen,  there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in oven, microwave oven, kettle, dinnerware for 5 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a dining table, a satellite TV, air conditioning and a coffee table.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: 1 single and double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 14 m x 4 m in size and 1.55 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, dining table and sitting group.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: Due to the distance of our villas to the city center, public transportation service cannot be provided.

Note:  Minimum accommodation during the Eid week is 7 nights.
