Villa Pomalin is located in Yanıklar Village, approximately 8 km from Fethiye. The village, which is one of the pilot regions for eco tourism, is the center of attention of its guests with its quiet, calm and clean sea.

Villa Pomalin offers a quiet, peaceful and luxurious holiday away from the noise of the city, among the orange and lemon trees. The interior design of our villa, which was completed in July 2021, is decorated in a spacious and modern style. Our villa has 2 bedrooms with jacuzzi and 2 bathrooms and has an accommodation capacity of up to 4 people.

Villa Mandalin is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, coffee machine, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, balcony and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Pool: 45m2, 10 meters x 4.5 meters in size and 1.5 meters deep. The hydro massage pool is 2m in diameter. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, pleasant sitting area, barbecue, garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
