Villa Peri

Located in Yanıklar, a lush holiday resort in Muğla's Fethiye district, the rental Villa Peri has its own garden, pool, car park and 2 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 4 people. It is ideal for nuclear families and honeymoon couples with its comfortable rooms.

Villa Features

Kitchen: Designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, dinnerware.

Living room: There is a comfortable seating group, coffee table, LCD smart TV, Netflix, satellite receiver, air conditioning and access to the pool terrace.

1st Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for 4 people.

General Information

Pool: 3.5 m x 7 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, barbecue, seating group, dining table, swing and outdoor shower.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken at the entrance. It will be returned if there is no damage upon check-out.

Note: For accommodations below the minimum rental period, a cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged.
