Villa Patara is located in the Patara area of ​​Kalkan, one of the popular holiday regions of Turkey. It has a private sheltered pool and garden, 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. Our villa with magnificent sea view is ideal for conservative families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, 4-person dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, exit to the pool and garden.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

Note: The last 5 km of the road to the villa is a stabilized dirt road.

Pool: Private and sheltered swimming pool 8 m x 4 m. in size, 1.60 m. is in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a garden table and chairs, sun loungers, parasols and barbecues.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
