Villa Öztürk

Villa Öztürk, located in the unique atmosphere of Seydikemer district of Muğla, which is adorned with natural beauties, offers an unforgettable holiday experience to its guests. This breathtaking villa has accommodation for four people with its own pool, large garden and two bedrooms.

The jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms of the villa, where every detail has been carefully thought out, offers guests the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy a luxurious vacation. In addition, the en-suite bathrooms in each room meet the expectations of guests in terms of comfort and privacy at the highest level.

Villa Öztürk attracts attention with its pool and garden terrace designed to be invisible from the outside. This feature offers an ideal option for families, groups of friends and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday. The villa provides guests with the opportunity to spend a pleasant holiday by protecting their privacy.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven,  dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. 

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. 

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, barbecue, dining table and seating group.

Pool: It is 9 m x 4 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Kids Pool: It is 2 m x 2 m in size and 40 cm deep. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
