Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.
Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen TV and satellite receiver. There is a bathroom and WC in the hallway.
1. Bedroom: It is the family room. There is 1 double bed, jacuzzi, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioning, exit to the pool terrace and bathroom.
2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand and air conditioning.
General Information
Pool: It is 10x3 meters in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.
Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.
Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.
Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
Note: A cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.

Villa Moira located in Karagedic, Fethiye. This villa is beautiful and is exactly as show in pictures. The villa was extremely clean and I’m sure we were the first ones who have hired this villa as everything was spotless for when we went in. I was slightly skeptical booking this when I first came across it as there were no reviews by Sevki being a super host gave me confidence. The host kept in touch with me from beginning right up until check out. He accommodated our stay really nicely, kept in touch with us throughout and even went to the extent of speaking to our private transfer on getting an exact time for when we can check in. Our flight was delayed by 4 hours which meant we checked in the early hours of the morning but again Sevki was there available at 3am making sure we are settled in well within the villa. The villa has 2 double bedrooms which will perfectly host a family of 4, the rooms have 1 double bed and the other room and 2 single beds. One of the rooms has a Jacuzzi which operates at full pressure and is such a great addition to the villa. The neighbours next door to the villa were superrrr helpful throughout stay, he even took us to the local market to do some shopping. One negative would be location, the villa is slightly out of the city centre but again that’s not something that would discourage me to stay here again. Taxis are available 24/7 so you can come and go as you please. If you are wanting a chilled stay and want to stay in the villa through the trip then this is definitely the place to be.
