Villa Mercan 2

Villa Mercan 2 for rent, located in Fethiye Çamköy, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in 2023. It has its own private pool in the large garden, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are with jacuzzi, and has an accommodation capacity of 8 people. It is ideal for nuclear families and groups of friends with its comfortable rooms.

There are Villa Mercan 1, Villa Merka 1 and Villa Merka 2 on the same land as our villa. More than one rental is available for large families if schedules are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, coffee machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner. There is a shared WC in the corridor.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

4. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, make-up table, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and balcony.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 8 m x 4 m. in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, barbecue, sitting group, dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 50mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
