Villa Medi

Located in the popular location of Kalkan Kördere, Villa Medi is one of our newly completed luxury villas. This private villa has a spacious living room, one bedroom and a private pool, so it can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The pool and garden terrace, which attracts attention with its design, is not visible from the outside, making it a perfect option for small families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer a conservative holiday.

Villa Medi has been carefully designed to offer a comfortable and stylish accommodation experience. The spacious lounge is furnished in a modern style and offers an ideal environment for relaxing and spending time. The bedroom is specially arranged for a peaceful sleep. The most special point of our villa is undoubtedly the private pool and garden terrace. The pool and terrace are planned so that they cannot be viewed from the outside, giving guests privacy and comfort.

With Villa Muna, located just in front of Villa Medi, there is the possibility of renting more than one at the same time for crowded families. Thus, you can have an unforgettable holiday experience with your loved ones.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven, Turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and dinnerware, such as all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, air conditioning and satellite receiver. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning,  bathroom and jacuzzi  are available.

General Information

Pool:  8 m long, 3.5 m wide and 1.55 m deep. The pool is maintained early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden:  There are sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, barbecue and gazebo.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Cleaning Fee: 5 1500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.
