Villa Manav for rent is located in Fethiye Kayaköy, in a quiet and peaceful location. Our villa, which has a fully sheltered garden and pool terrace, is ideal for families and honeymooners with conservative holiday expectations. It is ideal for our guests who come without a car, with restaurants, cafes and markets within walking distance.

Villa Manav has its own swimming pool, garden and 2 bedrooms, and has an accommodation capacity of 4 people.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a seating group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioner.

There is a shared bathroom in the hallway.

The pool: 6 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, parasols, gazebo, swing, hammock and dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 750 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
