Villa Manav for rent in Kayaköy, Fethiye is located in a quiet and calm location. Our villa, which has a fully sheltered garden and pool terrace, is ideal for families and honeymoon couples with conservative holiday expectations. With restaurants, cafes and markets within walking distance, it is ideal for our guests who come without a car. 

Villa Manav has its own pool, garden and 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove stove, oven and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Sitting group, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 There is a double bed, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

2nd Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table and air conditioning.

There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. 

Pool: It is 6 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is done by the staff in charge early every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, sun umbrellas, gazebo, swing, hammock and dining table. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: 4000 TL damage deposit is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

General note for all villas in Kayaköy region: Due to the high demand in our Kayaköy villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.
