Just 2 km from Patara Beach, Villa Makbara 2 for rent, built with stone and wood architecture completed in 2021, is the perfect meeting point of comfort and tranquility with its own pool, garden and one bedroom. The private pool and garden terrace are designed to be invisible from the outside, creating an ideal atmosphere for families and honeymooners who prefer a conservative holiday. 

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and barbecue. 

Pool:  5 m x 3  m. size and 1.5  m depth.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff on duty. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
