Villa Mabolla for rent, which offers a holiday full of peace and comfort in the dazzling nature of Fethiye, is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in July 2023. It offers an unforgettable experience to its guests with its modern architecture, tasteful decoration and location that fits perfectly into nature.

Villa Mabolal is located in Kayaköy, the favorite area of Fethiye. Surrounded by the historical and natural beauties of Kayaköy, the villa both opens the doors of a peaceful holiday and provides easy access to the surrounding tourist attractions. Being only a few minutes away from the center of Fethiye, it offers an ideal option for those who want to enjoy shopping and nightlife.

Villa Panos is located on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom, bathtub without headlight and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, bathroom and air conditioner.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

Pool: It is 7 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group, open air shower, garden kitchen and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

General note for all villas in Kayaköy area: Due to high demand in our Kayaköy villas, there may be situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.
