Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware for 2 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen TV, satellite receiver and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

General Information

The pool: 4 m x 4 m in size, 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are sun loungers, swing, barbecue and dining table.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

General note for all villas in Faralya region: Due to high demand, our Faralya villas may experience situations such as electricity, water cuts, low voltage, infrastructure and construction works.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
