Villa Kuzey

Villa Kuzey is located in Kayaköy, a holiday resort with a history of five thousand years, in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Kayaköy was built by the Greeks living in the region on the ruins of Karmylassos belonging to the Ancient Lycian Civilization. The city was declared a "village of peace and friendship" in 1988, it was decided to keep it alive as it is, and it was declared a third-degree urban and archaeological site.

Villa Kuzey offers a unique holiday opportunity to our guests who want to have a holiday away from the noise of the city. Our luxury villa with a ceiling height of 9 meters has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver.

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

General Information

The pool: It is 55 m2 in size and 1.6 meters in depth, and is sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a lawn, barbecue, gazebo, garden furniture and table tennis.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 7000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
