Villa Kısmet

Villa Kısmet is located in Yeşilüzümlü Village surrounded by lush pine forests, approximately 18 km from Fethiye town centre. The village, whose history dates back to the Lycian period, is also famous for the Morel Festival held in April every year. It is ideal for our guests who plan a holiday in nature, away from the noise of the city.

Villa Kismet has its own sheltered pool, garden and 3 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of up to 6 people.

Kitchen:   Dining table, refrigerator, oven, stovetop   dinner set for 8 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday are available.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, satellite TV, dining table in the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand.

Towels and pique sets are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 30m2 in size, 1.50 meters deep. It is protected so that it cannot be seen from the outside. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, sun loungers, parasols, gazebo, jacuzzi and barbecue.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
