Villa Kalyon

Villa Kalyon is located in the resort town of Kayaköy, which has a deep-rooted historical past in the Fethiye district of Muğla. Located on the slope of a hill, Kayaköy is like a place where time freezes with its stone streets covered with greenery, abandoned ruined houses and structures. Kayaköy, which fascinates its guests with its natural and historical environment, is only 10 minutes away from Fethiye city center and the world-famous Ölüdeniz Beach.

Villa Kalyon has an accommodation capacity of up to 6 people with its own sheltered pool in a large and green garden, a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is with a jacuzzi. Our villa is suitable for large families, honeymooners and our guests who prefer sheltered villas.

Kitchen: There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, toaster, tea maker, dinnerware, dining table.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver. You can access the pool terrace from the living room.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, make-up table, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi.
 

General Information

The pool is 12 meters x 5 meters in size and 1.5 meters deep. A part of the pool is separated as a children’s pool and there are jets in the pool. Pool maintenance is done early every morning by the staff on duty. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a large green lawn, a swing, a trampoline for children, 3 bicycles for adults and 1 for children. In addition, there is a large garden where organic fruits and vegetables are grown within the land of the villa, and our guests can benefit from these grown products.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
