Villa Kaan

Villa Kaan is located in Ölüdeniz, one of the most popular holiday resorts in Turkey and Europe. Its unique sea and magnificent scenery make the area popular, and it is one of the most photographed beaches in the world.

Oludeniz beach consists of 2 parts. Looking towards the sea, the part on the left has a long sandy beach called Belcekiz. The other part is the lagoon part known as Ölüdeniz. Ölüdeniz is protected as a national reserve. Even on windy days and storms, the sea stays calm as a pool here. Oludeniz is among the top 5 beaches in the world with its magnificent waters and beach.

Villa Kaan, which is quite new, the construction of which was completed in July 2021, has its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms with an accommodation capacity of 6 people. It is ideal for large families and large groups with its comfortable rooms.

There are Villa Sultan, Villa Toharya, Villa Sakura and Villa Efe on the same land as our villa. More than one rental can be made for large families if the calendars are available.

Ground floor

There is an open kitchen living room, dining table, dinner set for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, a satellite receiver and a smart TV with LCD screen.

There is a communal WC and washing machine in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe, a nightstand, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, air conditioner, en-suite bathroom and jacuzzi.

General Information

Pool: 3.5m x 9m in size, 1.4 meters deep. It has an adjustable hydromassage feature and a shallow sunbathing area. Pool maintenance is carried out by the personnel on duty every day. There are 4 sun loungers and 2 sun umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 5000 TL damage deposit is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
