Villa Hüram for rent, located in the resort town of Kalkan Sarıbelen, which fascinates with the magnificent sea and climate of the Mediterranean, is right across the Meis Island, the region between Antalya and Fethiye. Patara Ancient City, Patara Beach and Kaputaş Beach, which are located nearby, are the focus of attention of domestic and foreign guests.

Villa Hüram has its own pool, garden and a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is with a jacuzzi, and has an accommodation capacity of 6 people. Our villa, which has 2 indoor and outdoor pools, also has a Turkish bath, sauna, billiards table and foosball. Our villa is open throughout the year with its underfloor heating feature, suitable for rental in the winter months.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a microwave oven, built-in oven, stovetop, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, a large-screen TV with satellite receiver, air conditioning, a dining table and an exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioner, bathroom and jacuzzi.

2. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, a wardrobe and a nightstand, air conditioning and a bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available for 4 people in all bedrooms.

Outdoor Pool: It is 9 m x 4 m in size and 1.55 m deep. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Indoor Pool: It is 2.5 m x 4 m in size and 1.6 m deep. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500TL is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under 7 nights.

Note: Between October 1st and May 15th, pool heating is included in the price. On other days, an extra 600 TL per day is charged.
