Villa Havana for rent, located in Fethiye Çamköy, is ideal for a quiet holiday with a lush nature view, away from the noise of the city.

Villa Havana is the newest of our villas offering luxury and comfort with its eye-catching wooden architecture. It has an accommodation capacity of 4 people with its own pool, large garden, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is with jacuzzi. It has been designed so that you can spend your holiday perfectly by considering every detail you may need.

In the same land as our villa; Villa Savana is located. More than one rental is available for large families, if schedules are available.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-cooker, built-in oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

There is a WC in the corridor.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, smart TV, jacuzzi, bathroom and balcony.

2. Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table. There is air conditioning and a bathroom.

There are towels and pique sets for 4 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: It is 4 m x 8 m in size and 1.50 meters deep.

Garden:  There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, dining table, seating group, barbecue, table tennis, hammock and trampoline. 

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: 3000 TL damage deposit is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: Minimum accommodation during the Eid week is 5 nights.
