Villa Hanım Ağa

Located in Fethiye Yanıklar, Villa Hanım Ağa is one of our new villas, the construction of which was completed in 2023. It has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. Bedrooms are comfortably and stylishly furnished and designed keeping the comfort of our guests in the foreground. There is also a jacuzzi in our villa, which offers another area where you can relax. Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden terrace are not visible from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Our villa in Yanıklar, Fethiye, is located in a quiet holiday resort and is surrounded by magnificent natural beauties. It also attracts attention with its location, which offers easy access to the beach and other tourist attractions.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, water dispenser, microwave, coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioner, bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: It is 7 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are sun umbrellas, sun loungers, sitting group, dining table and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 2500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
