Villa Gülsiye, located in Fethiye Kayaköy, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. Our villa, which is designed so that the pool and garden terrace are not visible from the outside, is ideal for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer conservative holidays.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, Turkish coffee machine, dinnerware and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, LCD screen smart TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom.

Towels and pique sets are available for 6 people in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: It is 16 x 4 m in size and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There are parasols, sun loungers, sitting group, open air shower and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2500 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
