Villa Gizem, located in the Kiziltas region, which is among the eye-catching beauties of Kalkan, against the magnificent sea view, offers a unique accommodation experience to holidaymakers with its unique elegance and comfort. It has its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.

The villa, which attracts attention with its modern design and stylish decoration, has been designed with every detail carefully considered. Our guests can easily relax and enjoy their vacation in spacious and bright rooms. The private bathroom in each room maximizes your comfort.

Located just a few minutes from the center of Kalkan, the villa provides easy access to restaurants, shops and beaches. Thus, you can both enjoy nature and enjoy the city life to the fullest.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, swing and seating group. 

Pool: It is 6 m x 4 m in size and 1.6 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 3000 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
