Villa Flower Aras has the capacity to accommodate 2 adults and 1 child with its own pool, jacuzzi room and magnificent sunset view in Patara, Kalkan.

1.5 km to Sand Dunes and Patara Beach. Our villa is within walking distance of the village center. Our villa, which has a completely sheltered garden and pool terrace, is ideal for nuclear families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dining set for 4 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, pool and exit to the garden.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

Pool: Private and sheltered swimming pool 2 m x 2 m. in size, 1.40 m. is in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a garden table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, swings and barbecues.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
