Villa Esilya

Villa Esilya is located in Patara Palamut in Kalkan, one of the popular holiday regions of Turkey. It has a private sheltered pool and garden, 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people. The garden and pool of our villa, which has a sea view behind the sand dunes, can be protected from the outside with a curtain system if desired. Ideal for conservative families and honeymooners.

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, dinnerware for 6 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, pool and exit to the garden.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, jacuzzi, en-suite bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: There are 3 single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Cinema Room: There is a giant screen TV, a seating area and air conditioning.

General Information

Pool: Private and sheltered swimming pool 11.5 m x4 m. in size, 1.55 m. is in depth. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There are garden table and chairs, sun loungers, sun umbrella, swing, table tennis, foosball, playground, punching bag, trampoline and barbecue.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
