Villa Elya is located in Güzelyurt village of Ortaca district of MuÄŸla. It offers a peaceful holiday to its guests with its quiet and calm location among the fragrant orange trees. Our summer villa, which has 2 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 4 people, has its own swimming pool.

Ground floor

Kitchen: Open kitchen,  dining table, dining set for 4 people, high chair and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday are available.

Living Room: There is a comfortable seating group, an LCD TV with satellite receiver and air conditioning.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, air conditioner and bathroom in the corridor.

Towels and pique sets for 6 people are available in all bedrooms.

General Information

Pool: 25m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning.

Garden: There is a green area, parking lot, barbecue, sitting group.

Damage Deposit: 1000 TL damage deposit is taken at the entrance. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 500 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.
