Villa Egehan, located in Kalkan Patara region, has its own pool, garden and 1 bedroom with a capacity of 2 people. Villa Egehan, which is an ideal option for families and honeymoon couples who prefer a conservative holiday, attracts attention with its elegant and simple design, while at the same time it has a completely sheltered structure. While enjoying your private garden terrace, it is designed with your sensitivity to not be seen from the outside in mind. 

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning, jacuzzi and bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table and barbecue. 

Pool: It is 6 m x 3 m in size and 1.5 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.
