Villa Ece is our holiday home for rent in Ortaca, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet.

Our holiday home, Ece, located on the upper floor of the two-storey building, has its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 6 people. The flat on the ground floor has nothing to do with the garden and the pool. It is located in the Ortaca district of MuÄŸla, where the Aegean and the Mediterranean meet. It is 15 minutes away from the center of Dalyan and offers easy access to Dalyan’s magnificent nature, delicious cuisine and historical places whenever you want.

Villa Ece Features

Kitchen: It is designed as a closed kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, microwave, toaster, 6-person dinner set and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: Comfortable sitting group, coffee table, LCD screen TV, air conditioner and satellite receiver.

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, nightstand, baby bed, bathroom and air conditioning.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, air conditioner and nightstand.

3. Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioner.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: 30m2 and 1.5 meters deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a kitchenette, colorful flowers, WC, shower, barbecue and garden furniture.

Internet: Unlimited wi-fi is available in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 1000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
