Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, dining set and all kinds of kitchen utensils that you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and  bathroom.

2nd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and  bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and  bathroom.

4th Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and  bathroom.

5th Bedroom: There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioning and  bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Garden: There are sun loungers, umbrellas, dining table, barbecue, swing and seating group. 

Pool: It is 14 m x 5 m in size and 1.60 m deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Indoor Pool: 6 m x 2.5 m in size and 1.40 m in depth. (1Indoor pool heating fee is included in the price between October 1 and April 2, if requested in other months, an extra 2000 TL per day is requested. )

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 5000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: For stays under 7 nights  5000 TL cleaning fee is charged.

Note: The last 6 km to reach Villa Düşes Yalı is a stabilized dirt and stone road.
