Villa Deniz is located in Yeşil Üzümlü Village, which arouses admiration with its lush nature and clean air, approximately 18 km from Fethiye town centre. It is ideal for those who dream of a peaceful and quiet holiday away from the noise of the city. The villa is a few minutes away from basic tools such as restaurants and markets, and it is about 20 minutes away from Fethiye center and Calis Beach. It is 30 minutes away from Ölüdeniz Beach, which is one of the most frequented points of domestic and foreign tourists.

Villa Deniz has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own sheltered pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for families who prefer conservative villas with its large and sheltered garden that is not visible from the outside.

Kitchen: There is an open kitchen, a dining table, a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, a microwave oven, a tea maker, a dinner set for 12 people and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday.

Living Room: In the living room, there is a comfortable sitting group, a satellite TV, a dining table, air conditioning and an exit to the pool terrace.

General Information

Pool: 30m2 in size, 1.50 meters in depth, sheltered from the outside, Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty early in the morning.

Garden: There is a green area, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, a resting place, a sitting group and a barbecue.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 4000 TL is taken upon check-in. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.
