Villa Demet

Located in the Kayadibi district of Seydikemer district of Muğla, Villa Demet for rent has its own private pool, garden and 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 people.

 Our villa, which is designed so that the garden and pool terrace cannot be seen from the outside, is also suitable for families who prefer a conservative holiday. 

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-stove, built-in oven, coffee machine, toaster and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, large screen smart TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning, fireplace and exit to the pool terrace. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, french bathtub, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

2nd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, bedside table, vanity table, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

All bedrooms have towels and pique sets for the number of people.

Pool:  9 m x 4.5 m in size   and 1.5 meters deep.  Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Garden:  There is a dining table, barbecue and swing. 

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1250 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: Minimum stay during the holiday is 7 nights.
