Villa Cennet

Villa Cennet is located in the village of Karaagac in Fethiye, which is not much explored in Turkey. It offers its guests a peaceful holiday with its magnificent view of paradise bay from the infinity pool. It is approximately 24 km from the world famous Oludeniz beach.  It is also close to Patara, Xantos, Tlos, Sdyma historical ruins and Saklikent. Our villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. The entrances of the villa consisting of two floors are months. Downstairs there is 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living room, open kitchen and shared bathroom. The entrance to the upper floor is from the front rear of the house, there are 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, 2 separate living rooms with kitchen countertops and mini fridge.

Ground Floor

Kitchen:  It is designed as an open kitchen. There is a dining table, refrigerator, washing machine, 4 stove, oven, coffee machine, teapot, dinner set, dining table and all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Sitting group, LCD screen television, terrace opening to the pool, air conditioning & nbsp; and satellite receiver.

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

There is 1 shared bathroom in the corridor.

There is no internal connection between the first floor and the ground floor. Both floors have separate entrances.

1st floor

1.living room: Comfortable seating group, kitchen counter, mini fridge, air conditioning and balcony with sea view. 

2.living room: Comfortable seating group, kitchen counter, mini fridge, air conditioning and balcony with sea view. 

2nd Bedroom:  1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, bedside table, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning.

General Information

Pool:  The 30m2 pool is disinfected with salt and is healthier because chemical cleaners and chlorine are not used. There is an adjustable hydromassage feature in the pool. There is a wooden seating group, sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden:  In the garden  colorful flowers and accessories,  barbecue  and  garden furniture.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 10mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 3000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1500 TL is charged for stays below the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay during the holiday week is 7 nights.
