Villa Caner

Villa Caner, located in Karaçulha district of Fethiye district of MuÄŸla, has an accommodation capacity of 6 people with its own pool, garden and 3 bedrooms. Our villa, the construction of which was completed in 2023, has an elegant decor and furniture. Fethiye draws attention with its location only 5 km from the bazaar. It is ideal for large families and groups of friends with its modern and comfortable rooms.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. There are all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday, such as a dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, built-in oven, high chair, dinnerware.

Living Room: There is a comfortable sitting group, a coffee table, an LCD smart TV, Netflix, air conditioning and a satellite receiver. There is an exit from the living room to the pool terrace and a WC in the corridor.

Upstairs

1. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, balcony and en-suite bathroom.

2. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner and en-suite bathroom.

3. Bedroom: There is 1 double bed, wardrobe, bedside table, air conditioner, jacuzzi, TV and en-suite bathroom.

General Information

There are towels and pique sets in all bedrooms as much as the number of people.

Pool: It is 4 m x 8 m in size and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out by the staff on duty every morning. There are sun loungers and umbrellas on the pool terrace.

Garden: There is a green area, barbecue, garden furniture and swing.

Internet: There is unlimited wi-fi in our villa, but the maximum internet speed is 16mbps due to the infrastructure of the region.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is returned in case of undamaged control at check-out.

Note: A cleaning fee of 1000 TL is charged for accommodation under the minimum rental period.

Note: The minimum stay is 7 nights during the holiday week.
