Villa Buğra 1, located in the peaceful Çavdır area of Kalkan, one of Turkey's magnificent holiday regions, is waiting for you to offer an unforgettable holiday experience. This magnificent rental villa has a private pool, large garden and 2 bedrooms with a capacity of 4 people. In our villa with a fully equipped kitchen, every detail has been considered for your comfort. There is also a table football game for you to have a pleasant time.

Villa Buğra 1 is designed to be invisible from the outside with its private areas such as pool and garden terrace, so the privacy of our guests is prioritized. This feature offers an ideal option for families, groups of friends and honeymooners who prefer a conservative holiday.

However, Villa Buğra 1 is located within the same plot of land as Villa Buğra 2 and Villa Buğra 3, making it a great option for large families or groups. If the timing is right, you can rent these villas at the same time for a larger accommodation area. This way you can enjoy unforgettable moments with your loved ones.

Surrounded by the unique nature of Kalkan, these villas are also close to the sea. You can easily reach the beaches and restaurants just a short distance away, so you can enjoy delicious food and sunshine during your vacation.

Villa Features

Kitchen: It is designed as an open kitchen. Dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, 4-stove, built-in oven, built-in oven, Turkish coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster   and dinnerware, such as all kinds of kitchen utensils you may need during your holiday. 

Lounge: Comfortable seating group, LCD screen television, air conditioning and satellite receiver. 

1st Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning,  bathroom and exit to the pool terrace.

2nd Bedroom:  There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, vanity table, bedside table, air conditioning,  bathroom   and exit to the pool terrace.

General Information

Pool:  7 m long, 3 m wide and 1.5 m deep. Pool maintenance is carried out early every morning by the staff in charge. 

Indoor Pool: 3 m long, 4 m wide and 1 m deep. (Indoor pool heating is not active. )

Garden:  There are sun loungers, umbrellas, sitting group, barbecue and swing.

Internet: Our villa has unlimited wi-fi but due to the infrastructure of the region, the internet speed is maximum 16mbps.

Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of 2000 TL is taken upon arrival. It is refunded in case of no damage in the check made at the exit.

Cleaning Fee: 5 1500 TL cleaning fee is charged for stays under 5 nights.

Note: The last 200 meters of the road to the villa is a stabilized road;
